A letter to our Designated Broker... "Dear Long Realty Management, Back in September, my wife and I made a trip to the Tucson area to look at condos at The Mira Vista resort, as we are planning on moving to the area and we had been following the progress of their construction. We thought it might be a good idea to talk with a realtor about looking at some other properties while we were there and contacted Mark Finchem at Long Realty.
We told him the type of condo we would be looking for when we finally made the move, and he set up a time for us to meet with him while we were there.
I wanted to let you know how terrific he was. He spent a few hours with us, driving around and showing us a number of very nice properties that would fall right within our price range. He was courteous and obviously very knowledgeable about the types of things people are looking for in a condo. He was very well prepared and provided us with a binder of information on the area, and talked at length about everything from the buying process to the employment market and even gave us some great restaurant tips.
Very sharp guy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a place in the area. He gave us lots to think about while we wait for the spring, when our house in Vermont goes on the market.
